Midtown Rooftop

We’re excited to share that construction has begun on our Upper West Side penthouse renovation. In addition to interior work, we designed an outdoor lounge, kitchen and glass atrium which will transform the previously unused roof area into an oasis in the sky. 
In addition to the existing atrium, we designed a new steel pergola structure clad with bamboo slats, selected new porcelain tiles for the deck and accentuated lounge areas with modern furniture for outdoor comfort.
